How do I change the email address used for my last Plug'Heur rental?

When you use a Plug'Heur terminal, your email address is automatically linked to your phone to simplify future rentals.

If you wish to change the email address you used previously, follow the steps below.

✅ Step 1: Go to the email confirmation page

After scanning the QR code and entering your code, a page will open automatically.

👉 This page displays the email address used for your last rental.

The web app recognises your phone and directly associates the corresponding email address.

✉️ Step 2: Confirm or change your email address

There are two possible scenarios:

🔹 You want to keep the same email address

• Re-enter the same email address in the field provided
• Confirm

👉 You can continue as normal

🔹 You have forgotten your email address or want to use a different one

• Click on ‘I have forgotten my email address’
• Enter the new email address you wish to use
• Confirm

👉 The email address will be updated immediately and taken into account for the rest of your rental.
