2. Conditions for a valid phone number
To be accepted, your phone number must:
- Be linked to an active phone subscription.
- Not be a prepaid or virtual line (e.g., Lebara Mobile, OnOff, or similar services).
These restrictions ensure proper service functionality and help prevent misuse.
3. What if my number isn’t accepted?
If you use a prepaid or incompatible line:
- Try borrowing a battery with another valid phone number if possible.
