🔧 My power bank is broken, what should I do?
At Plug'Heur, we ensure that all our power banks are regularly tested by our maintenance teams. However, it’s possible that a power bank may experience an issue. Here’s how to diagnose and resolve the problem:
1. Case of a physically damaged connector
- If the power bank’s connector is visibly broken, it cannot be used.
- In this case, return the power bank to the station, and it will be recycled. You can borrow a new one by scanning the QR code again.
2. Case where the power bank looks fine but doesn’t charge
If there’s no visible damage but the power bank isn’t charging your device, try the following steps:
- Remove your phone case
- Some cases may prevent proper connection between the power bank and your device.
- Clean the power bank connector
- Gently clean the connector to remove any dust or debris.
- Check your phone’s charging port
- Ensure that your phone’s port isn’t blocked by dust or dirt.
- Flip the connector direction
- Try plugging the power bank in the opposite direction, if applicable.
3. If the power bank still doesn’t work
- If the issue persists after trying these steps, the power bank is likely defective.
- Return it to the station and borrow another by scanning the QR code.
If the problem continues or if you encounter other issues, feel free to contact our customer service. We’re here to help! 😊
