🔋 My power bank stopped working suddenly

At Plug'Heur, we’ve designed our stations to provide you with the best charging experience possible. Here’s how the system works:


1. Priority to the most charged power bank

The software in the station always ejects the power bank with the highest charge level available.


2. Power banks with less than 50% charge

To ensure sufficient autonomy, power banks with less than 50% charge are never delivered.


3. What if no power bank is at 100%?

If no power bank is fully charged (100%) but some are above 50%, one of these will be provided to you. This may explain why you occasionally receive a power bank that isn’t fully charged.


If the power bank suddenly stops working

This could be because the power bank is empty. Here’s a quick fix to try:

  • Unplug and reconnect the power bank to your smartphone.


If it doesn’t resume charging, this means the power bank is completely discharged.
