🔋 The power bank I received isn’t fully charged


At Plug'Heur, we’ve designed our stations to provide you with an optimal charging experience. Here’s how the system works:


1. Priority to the most charged power bank

The software in the station is programmed to always eject the power bank with the highest available charge level.


2. Power banks with less than 50% charge

To ensure sufficient autonomy, power banks with less than 50% charge are never delivered.


3. If no power bank is at 100%


If no power bank is fully charged (100%), but some are above 50%, one of these will be provided to you. This may explain why you occasionally receive a power bank that isn’t completely full.
