📸 Why do we ask for a photo when returning a power bank?
As part of our commitment to continuous improvement, your participation helps us maintain the quality of our service. Here’s why and how it works:
1. Why is a photo requested?
- When returning a power bank, you may (not always) be asked to take a photo of the station.
- This helps us:
- Detect technical issues or bugs in advance.
- Prevent potential malfunctions and address problems proactively.
2. How to take a useful photo?
- Ensure the photo is clear and includes:
- The entire station, including the screen (if the station has one).
- This allows our AI to analyze the image and identify any issues.
3. What if you don’t have time to take a photo?
- Don’t worry! If you’re unable to take a photo:
- Simply close the page.
- Your return will still be recorded, and you won’t be charged.
We appreciate your contribution to improving our service. Thanks to your efforts, we can anticipate issues and continuously enhance the Plug'Heur experience! 🎉
